Food Table - copper in common foods

Food Table assembled by WDSG-UK showing the approximate content of copper in common foods ((Updated 08 October 2019))

Copper Levels in food are not an exact science. They can vary according to the soil conditions in which the food is grown, which in turn can be affected by chemicals such as pesticides. Do wash fruit/vegetables before eating them.

The table has been compiled to show the approximate levels of copper in milligrams per 100 gram portions (mg/100g) of common foods eaten in the United Kingdom.
